Showroom order pick-ups will resume once our new showroom space is open. We’ll update the website as soon as we have more information and are able to offer pick-ups again. Thank you for your understanding!

We will be offering NCA Drop-Off once a week for your convenience. 

Once your order has been dropped off at the school, you will receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” email. All orders will be held at the front desk in the main lobby. When retrieving your order, please have your order number ready. 

Please note: Orders can only remain at the school for one week. A reminder email will be sent before your order is returned to the showroom. If the order is not picked up within the designated timeframe, it will be returned to the showroom and a refund will be processed. 

Orders will be charged a calculated shipping rate based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type. Shipping time shown is an estimate and does not include order processing time. 

To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete and correct shipping address with full highway names instead of abbreviations (e.g. use US Highway 10 instead of US10 or US-10 or Route 10).

No, Edmonds does not sell uniform pieces.

How can I purchase uniform pieces?

Can we try on clothes for sizing?
Yes, our showroom is equipped with all the sizes and changing rooms.

Are you offering screen printing for hoodies?
Custom name screen printing isn’t available just yet, but it’s currently in the works — stay tuned for updates!

Can you print our child's name on the back of their hoodies?
At this time we are not offering screen printing of names.

My student is new to NCA, what should I buy?
Please use the school provided guide which can be found on their website or shop our site by grade.

Can I purchase NCA uniforms in your Edmonds location?
No, Edmonds does not sell or accept returns for NCA uniforms.

When will my order be ready?  

For online orders please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, once the label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Local pick-up for, Showroom & NCA: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order, once your order is ready you will receive a "ready for pick up" email. Note, if the order is not picked up within a week after the pick up email has been sent it will be cancelled & refunded. 

Can I pick-up from Northshore Christian Academy?

What is the return policy?
We will accept exchanges or returns within 30 days as long as the items have not been washed with tags still attached.

How do I return or exchange?

Can I return uniform pieces at your Edmonds location?
No, we do not sell or accept returns of uniform pieces at the Edmonds Little Bipsy store.
