Shipping policy

US (Domestic) Shipping Policy

All orders ship via USPS Ground. Shipping is free on orders over $75; otherwise, rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and service type. Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing, which typically takes 2–5 business days.

Pickup Policy

We offer free local pickup at our Everett, Washington showroom. Orders can also be dropped off at Northshore Christian Academy on Thursdays—please place your order by the business day prior. Orders not picked up within one week will be returned to the showroom and refunded.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
